Wes Wylie of Elite Premier Properties, based in the Phoenix metro valley, is a 40+ year veteran of the real estate industry. Over the years he has had the pleasure of representing clients all over the the State of Arizona. As a resident of Arizona for more the 50 years Wes has a intimate relationship with real estate and the unprecedented growth that has emerged over the years.

Originally licensed in 1978 in Prescott AZ, Wes sold residential real estate for several years in northern Arizona. In the early 80's he went to work for Valley National Bank of AZ in the foreclosure department where he became skilled as a residential appraiser. Remaining as a full time Certified Residential real estate appraiser in the valley of the sun he completed a variety of appraisals on properties ranging from a tear down house all the way up to multi million dollar properties. Wes has a strong sense in understanding quality of workmanship, value of location and an eye for ascetics.

Having a passion for real estate as a residential sales agent Wes loves providing buyers and sellers with professional advise guiding them not only on price but on the value they receive for their hard earned dollar. With a commitment to always putting his clients needs and priorities first, Wes prides himself on knowing that his clients receive the upmost care in finding the right home for their family.

Wes's passions outside of the real estate profession still involves for the most part real estate. He loves to re-design, renovate and build homes as a hobby. Having been a furniture builder in his early 20's he has continued with his love of all things wood and making a house a unique and inviting home. Other interests high on his list are hiking, camping , love of the outdoors, old trucks and spending time with the loves of his life, his partner, three wonderful children and nine grandchildren.
