Anand Patel, Elite REO Services’ Designated Broker for Florida, Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi, is responsible for coaching, training, and managing day to day activities for both Elite REO Services and Elite Premier Properties. His vast experience allows him to provide clients and associates with a valuable perspective of community, dedication, and success.

Anand has been involved in commercial and residential real estate, not only as a broker, but as an investor and developer. In addition to being a licensed broker, he also holds a Florida general contractor’s license. With his investment group, he has developed several projects including approximately 170,000 square feet of office space in Hillsborough and Hernando Counties. His group handled the acquisition, entitlement, design, construction and ultimate sales of all projects.

Anand holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Certificate in Hotel Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University. He also holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. Anand is a past-president of his local Toastmasters Club, belongs to the Big Blue Dragons boat racing team, the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Leadership Tampa Bay Class of 2010.
