Bruno Virtich, Elite REO Services’ Realtor Associate for the San Diego Division, has been a licensed Real Estate Salesperson for over three (3) years. He primarily focuses on residential real estate including single family homes, condominiums, and multi-family units. Bruno’s strong work ethic and attention to detail make him a great asset to the Elite team.

Bruno started his Real Estate career as an Independent Fee Appraiser for a large firm in Carlsbad, where he completed review appraisals, estate appraisals, and other various non-lender appraisals. After gaining five years of experience, Bruno started his own appraisal company, Virtich Real Estate Appraisal and served Riverside, Orange, and San Diego Counties. During this time, he was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be one of the master appraisers for two major high-rise residential condominium buildings in San Diego.

Over the last few years, Bruno has worked as a Loan Officer and Buyer’s Agent, mainly focusing on helping first time buyers capture their dream of homeownership. Bruno’s appraisal experience has become an invaluable asset to his career as a licensed real estate agent. Utilizing his extensive knowledge of home quality, value, condition, location, and marketability, Bruno is able to give expert recommendations to buyers in regard to their home search and buying experience. Additionally, Bruno’s appraisal background enables him to precisely complete a significant amount of BPOs for bank-owned properties, short sale transactions, loan modifications, and fair market sales.

Bruno received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, San Marcos. He is BPO Certified through the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the San Diego Association of Realtors.
