Criselda Bautista, Elite REO Services’ BPO Specialist for the Orange County Division, has been a real estate professional for over 8 years. She began working as a property consultant in luxury beachfront homes in the Philippines. Over a period of time, she started working on selling vacant land, single family residences and condominium units.

She then moved to California where she started working as an administrative assistant in an Orange County real estate company. Her role included being a transaction coordinator, REO offers coordinator, BPO specialist and office administrator. She is known for her ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

For the past 2 years, Criselda has been focusing on being a BPO Specialist. She is a Certified Property Valuator with the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals (NABPOP) and a member of Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She currently performs a high volume of BPOs for different companies and is knowledgeable with different platforms used in the industry.
