Matt McClung, Elite REO Services’ Designated Broker for its Dallas, Texas Division, was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. From there it was on to Austin where he attended The University of Texas in Austin. He enjoyed several great years there and graduated from St. Edward’s University with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in business management.
Shortly after graduation he earned my Texas Real Estate Salespersons license and was hired by Alliance Commercial Group in Dallas. Areas of expertise include the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, 1031exchanges, office, retail and industrial leasing. He earned agent of the month seven times with Alliance Commercial and was twice awarded with agent of the Year. After earning his Broker’s license, he started his own residential and commercial brokerage firm, Triple M Realty. His motto is witless persistence; it’s not how good of a salesperson you are, but rather how many doors you are willing to knock on.

She started her career in Commercial Real Estate doing property analysis and acquisitions, but now specializes in the sale of residential real estate including single family residences, townhomes and condominiums.

Michelle Blakes and her family moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 2004, from southern California; where she worked as a legal assistant in a Riverside, California environmental law firm. After leaving the firm, Michelle focused on achieving her Texas real estate license and soon started her career as a REALTOR® working with Century 21 Judge Fite Company in Mansfield, Texas. Michelle worked successfully representing buyers and sellers in residential sales until an opportunity to work as a legal assistant in a real estate litigation practice group came about in 2007. It was during this time that Michelle learned the ins and outs of the legal aspects of real estate transactions from delinquent tenant/landlord agreements and mortgage defaults to trustee auctions. In the past two years, Michelle has focused her real estate career on providing property valuation products to various financial institutions as well as representing buyers/sellers in distressed property situations.
