Dana Krause, Elite REO Services' REO Specialist for its Roseville Division, has been specializing in the marketing of real estate owned properties in the Sacramento area for over ten (10) years. Dana started from the ground up, working on the building side of the real estate industry. His experience spans from selling new homes, financing homes, managing sales personnel, working with the Building Industry Association (BIA) Sales and Marketing Council, and structuring and acquiring large real estate transactions.

Dana graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business Management and graduated Cum Laude. Dana is a licensed California Broker, certified new home sales specialist (CSP – BIA designation), and certified property valuator (through National Association of BPO Professionals). Dana also brings his discipline and professionalism from his near-decade career in the US Navy to his real estate business.

Dana, a Certified NABPOP Agent, currently performs a high volume of BPO’s for industry leaders such as EMortgage Logic, Clear Capital, First American, and Pro Teck. Dana is an expert on most major REO platforms including Equator (REO Trans), REO Maestro, ResNet, Pyramid and DispoSolutions.
