Jennifer primarily focuses on residential real estate including single family residences, condominiums and multi-family units.

Jennifer moved to the Denver metro area in 1984 from Texas. In 1988, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and has been serving her community ever since. For more than twenty (20) years, Jennifer has been in the business of joyfully supporting people.

Craig’s experience as a Real Estate Broker/Owner, Mortgage Broker/Owner, and REO Asset Manager make him a great asset to the Elite team.

As a former REO Asset Manager, his experience in servicing REO properties has enabled him to have high success in marketing and closing bank owned properties. He has extensive knowledge regarding evictions, negotiating cash for keys, managing HOA claims, overseeing preservation and repairs, etc. Craig’s strengths include the ability to build strong, lasting business relationships with clients and asset managers. His honesty and integrity has earned trust and respect throughout the industry. As a preferred REO Broker with several banks and REO asset management companies, Craig is also trained and experienced in completing high quality BPOs with an excellent record for accuracy and time of completion.

Anne Goldrick, Elite REO Services’ REO Specialist for its Colorado Division, has been specializing in the marketing of real estate owned properties in the Denver area for over eight (8) years. Anne’s primary focus is residential real estate including single-family residences, condominiums, multi-family units and land.
