Barbara Keila, Elite REO Services’ REO Specialist for its Michigan office, has been specializing in the marketing of real estate owned properties in the Metropolitan Detroit area since 1994.  Barbara is a dedicated professional and results-driven REO agent with a proven track record in property valuation, marketing and sales negotiations.  During this time she has been responsible for the sale of over 3,000 properties generating in excess of $500 million in sales.

Barbara is experienced in the marketing of bank owned properties, including single family residences, condominiums and multi-family units throughout the tri-county Metropolitan Detroit area, negotiating property sales on behalf of bank clients and achieving transaction prices very close to the estimated value.  Barbara has years of experience in selecting and overseeing the performance of contractors engaged for property repairs and maintenance, coordinating cash for keys, market placement and sales negotiations.  She is a long time member of REOMAC and the NRBA.

Barbara also serves in position of Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for the National Brokerage and Senior Management team.  The team brings over 20 years experience in managing and marketing bank owned properties nationwide.  Elite has enjoyed a Michigan presence since 2006.  Elite’s goal is to provide lenders with the same superior service that Elite is known for throughout the nation.

Alan Stalter Elite REO Services’ Short Sale and REO Specialist for the Detroit Metropolitan office, has specialized in short sale real estate since 2002.  Alan is an ambitious, results driven agent with a proven track record in the Industry.  His experience includes marketing and selling short sale properties, negotiating short sales, working with homeowners in foreclosure and extensive property renovation experience.

Alan’s expertise is in listing and selling single family residences, condominiums and multi-family properties.  His market coverage area includes Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Washtenaw, Livingston and Genesee counties.  Alan’s commitment to detail and his client’s best interests produces sales within budget and a responsiveness to his client’s needs that is second to none.

Alan is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.  Prior to entering the real estate industry, Alan enjoyed a successful career working on Wall Street as an institutional sale trader.

Susan Bach, Elite REO Service’s Associate Broker has been servicing the southeastern Metropolitan Detroit area since 2004.  Susan is a hard-working dedicated, and organized professional.  Susan primarily focuses on residential real estate, including land, single family residence, condominiums, and multi-family units.  She is also skilled at valuations and BPO’s.  Susan utilizes her years of real estate expertise to evaluate market prices and repairs, negotiate contracts, and manage transactions from start to finish.  Susan continues to focus on her clients by being easily accessible via phone or email and attentively listens to their needs and concerns.

Susan began her career in property management and real estate in Florida, helping to manage 400 unit apartment communities with high transient turnover.  Susan went to become a Listing Specialist for one of the most successful real estate teams in Wellington, Florida, with over 200 closings per year and over $16 million in residential sales in 5 years.

Susan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a major in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Kelly Gabry, Elite REO Services’ Coordinator for the Hill/Keila REO Team, specializes in the processing and marketing of real estate owned properties.  As a Realtor, Kelly also completes BPO’s and trains new BPO agents in the Michigan market.  With over 400+ Broker Price Opinions completed in the past year, her strong analytical skills and attention to detail have allowed her to excel in the valuations department.  She is an official Certified Property Valuator by the National Association of Broker Price Opinions.  Kelly has provided invaluable assistance to management resulting in the successful disposition of REO properties since 2008.

Kristine Heinrech, Elite REO Services’ BPO Specialist for the Oakland County, MI Office, has been a Realtor since 2006 and has been involved in the banking industry since 1985.  Born and raised in Oakland County, Kristine is an expert in the local market areas.  Her vast experience in the mortgage industry and in real estate has taught her to be sensitive to timelines, adjust marketing approaches to meet customer needs, and to have consistent, clear communication with clients.

Kristine began her real estate career in mortgage banking as a loan officer, moving on to under writer, processor and negotiator.  She enhanced her career by obtaining her real estate license and going to work for an entrepreneurial real estate group in Oakland County where she completed CMA’s and assisted in sales.  Kristine then branched out on her own by joining Keller Williams Realty, where she served on the Leadership Committee and became a member of Business Networking International.

Kristine joined the Elite team in 2010 and has flourished in her continued growth of the Valuation, BPO, and Short Sale market.  Kristine is certified by NABPOP and provides accurate and reliable BPO’s to many industry leaders including eMortgage Logic and Clear Capital.  She holds additional certifications as a specialist in loan modifications and short sale negotiations.
