Diane Hill, Elite REO Services’ Manager for the Detroit Metro Division, has specialized in bank owned real estate since 2002.  Her years of REO experience includes working as an approved Realtor for all major lenders, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Wilshire Financial. She is accomplished in her valuation, marketing and knowledge of the tri-county region.  In the past year Diane has closed 200-250 assets with over five (5) million dollars in sales.

Diane’s extensive experience in marketing bank-owned properties (including single family residences, condominiums and multi-family units) throughout the Detroit Metropolitan area, has made her a top negotiator of sales.  She is focused 100% on the client’s best interest and achieves sales prices very close to her estimated values.  In addition to being a capable and cogent negotiator, Diane has significant expertise in coordinating all aspects of the REO process while maintaining the client’s critical timelines. Her REO background also includes asset management of real estate owned properties for Banks nationwide and training local real estate agents in managing foreclosure properties.
