George Santana, Elite REO Services’ Associate Broker for the San Bernardino Division, has been serving the San Bernardino County Area for over 6 years. George received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, and his passion is now focused on residential real estate. His strengths include land, single-family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units.

George has managed several bank-owned properties within his career. His services are all-inclusive, as he is capable of completing the initial BPO, negotiating cash for keys, executing property preservation, effectively marketing subjects, and successfully closing escrow.
