Tim is responsible for recruiting, coaching and managing the day to day activities in Sales. He assumes a hands-on role in directing each campaign from inception through completion, coordinating team efforts to guarantee each sales campaign is continually reviewed and improved to ensure client/developer success. During his 20 years in real estate Tim has sold and managed more than 6,000 new homes with revenues of over 1½ billion dollars and has originated and closed more than 60 million dollars in real estate loans.

Tim is the Nevada Broker of Record for Elite REO Services Elite Premier Properties. He is a member of GLVAR and NAR. He has served on the board of director for both the Southern California and Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Councils. Tim holds a certificate from UCI in Marketing for the Residential Home Builder and holds NAHB designations for both CSP and CMP. Tim is a certified REO and Short Sale Specialist, and is a member of REO-TRANS and RES-NET.

Tim has gained a deep understanding of local markets covering a variety of product types including attached, detached, executive, move up, custom, urban high rise, and active adult housing during his 20 year career. He provides clients and associates with a valuable perspective on community, product, and sales presenting through diligent market research. His real estate experience is augmented with a deep understanding of tract sales and marketing, asset management, REO’s and short sales, mortgage brokerage, preservation coordination, and BPO’S. He makes sure that every listing is marketed professionally on the Internet and MLS.
