Joel Hedrick, Elite REO Services’ Realtor Associate for the Detroit Metropolitan Office, has been specializing in property valuations since 2001.  In this time he has completed over 5,000 valuations in the tri-county area including over 2,500 in the city of Detroit.  Joel focuses on residential real estate, including land, single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family homes.
