For the last two years, Juli has directed her attention to marketing and selling bank-owned properties throughout the Phoenix area, handling every aspect of the REO listing from cash or keys through close of escrow. Juli has worked with various clients such as Fannie Mae, PMH Financial, Green River Capital, LPS, Old Republic, and Single Source Properties. Last year, her exceptional negotiation skills led to the successful closing of 147 transactions, totaling over $6 million.
