Julio Ayala, Elite REO Services’ Realtor, has been serving the South Florida Tri-County area for over 25 years. Julio primarily focuses on residential real estate, with an extensive knowledge of single family residences, condominiums and small income residential properties. Julio is a Real Estate Broker, as well as a State Certified Appraiser. He is highly experienced in appraisals, as well as BPO’s, and has performed hundreds of appraisal reviews and BPO reconciliations for major lending firms.

Julio is a member of The South Broward Board of Realtors. During his real estate career, he has served as construction inspector for local banks, as well as real estate consultant to municipalities in the South Florida area.
