Justine Nealeigh, Elite REO Services' REO Specialist for its Los Angeles Division, brings her cosmopolitan flair and energetic personality to her successful real estate profession. Justine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, and studied abroad for 3 years in 10 different countries throughout Europe. This unique opportunity is what has enhanced her ability to effectively connect and communicate with others.

Justine’s Real Estate experience is as diverse as her travels. She has spent time in management for lending institutions, foreclosures, and has worked with auctions. Her responsibilities included the management of REO assets, representing her company at various auctions, and she was responsible for the field training for company-approved REO agents.

With this invaluable experience, Justine was well prepared to make the transition to an REO Agent in 2005. Since then, she has assisted Chase, CITI Financial, Washington Mutual, Wells Fargo, Countrywide, Bank of America, as well as other clients, in the valuation, management, and successful disposition of foreclosed homes.

Justine is well versed on major REO platforms including Equator (REO Trans), REO Maestro, ResNet, Pyramid and DispoSolutions. She has also completed hundreds of BPOs for major BPO companies and is a local market expert for her marketing territory.

Justine, along with her REO Team, has managed a pipeline of over 140 properties at a time. This includes pre-foreclosures, evictions, listings, and escrows. In 2009 alone, her team closed 135 escrows with a total value in excess of $30,000,000.
