Karen Loera, Elite REO Services Realtor Associate for the San Diego Division, has been working in the Real Estate industry for over 18 years. Previously, Karen was working as an REO listing agent and assisted in average monthly sales of $6,500,000.

Karen has completed over 1000 BPO’s in the last 6 months. Karen’s team offers a “cradle to grave” REO Team – handling everything from pre-foreclosure, cash for keys, marketing and closing. This team includes a full time closing coordinator, BPO/CMA department coordinator, MLS coordinator, REO assistants, extensive team of vendors for all property preservation work, buyer’s agents to promote quick sale of properties, and a marketing coordinator.

Karen is also an experienced mortgage lender, underwriter, and appraisal manager. Her experience allows me to educate, give exceptional and knowledgeable service to my clients, so that they can make the best financial and personal decision for themselves.

Karen graduated from the University of Phoenix with a business degree in Marketing, and is certified in Project Management and property evaluation. Karen also holds a Broker License and is a Notary Public for State of California. She is a member of the California Association of Realtors and an active participant for the San Diego Habitat for Humanity.
