Michael Midland, Elite REO Services’ Associate Broker for the Los Angeles Division, has been a Real Estate professional since 2003. Michael specializes in residential real estate throughout the Greater South Bay Area with a focus on REO properties and Short Sale transactions. Michael is very process and detail oriented and has a very strong work ethic making him a valuable asset for the Elite team.

Michael was previously the Associate Broker and Manager of the REO/Short Sale department at Relay World. He was responsible for training agents to successfully manage a REO from start to finish and negotiate with lenders on Short Sales. Michael also developed and managed the department’s budget, tracked all business expenses, and implemented various marketing programs to expand sales and lead generation.

Michael has a proven track record of completing timely and accurate property valuations and comprehensive broker price opinions for REO and other distressed properties. He is an Equator Certified Platinum REO and Short Sale Agent with the belief that “effective and regular communication between principle, brokerage, and asset team is essential in providing a successful and seamless transaction”.

Stefano Torres, Elite REO Services’ REO Specialist for the East Los Angeles Division, has been serving the Los Angeles area for over seven (7) years. As a native Los Angeles resident, Stefano considers himself an expert in the Los Angeles market area. Stefano is a determined, enthusiastic, and goal oriented professional. 

Stefano is experienced in diverse residential real estate, including land, single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units. Stefano has completed hundreds of BPOs and Appraisals throughout his career. Stefano has a proven track record in property analysis, marketing, and client servicing. His professionalism has been his trademark to success and he takes great pride in all of his accomplishments.

Stefano received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. He is also an active participant in the local business community and is a member of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.
