Farah  Jean-Pierre Jackson, Elite REO Services’ BPO Specialist for its Florida division
started her real estate career as a real estate transaction financial Analysist at  Marcus & Millichap, a nationally  known  commercial Real Estate service company.

Farah’s responsibilities included preparing numerous financial analysis reports that include key information such value comparisons, area demographics, property cash flow, and net operating income.

Farah graduated from The University of Georgia, where she received a Bachelor in Business Administration in Real Estate. As a sales agent,  with over 6 years experience, she completed over 100 real estate transactions, with solid experience executing the real estate sales process from purchase agreement to escrow management. 

Prior to joining Elite REO Services, Farah worked on the property and leasing management where she managed multiple apartment complexes and commercial properties including leasing sales and lease execution. As the market for Broker Price Opinions became more in demand, Farah uses her skill as a financial analysis to become an expert at performing Broker Price Opinions.

Adrian Moreno Elite REO Services' Realtor Associate for the Florida Division, specializes in the marketing of real estate owned properties. Adrian contributes to the growth of Elite REO Services through his ambition and dedication in property valuation, marketing and sales negotiations.

Jose Perez, Elite REO Services BPO Specialist for the Miami-Dade County area has been a Real Estate professional and a local expert for over 5 years and has resided in this area his entire life. Jose started his career in Real Estate as a registered trainee appraiser for the State of Florida in 2005. During his career, he has evaluated more than 500 homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.  After learning how to appraise a residential property, Jose ventured to learn how to market and sell properties and eventually became a licensed sales associate in the State of Florida in 2008.  In the past three years he has successfully listed and closed more than 40 short sales.
Jose holds an Associate Degree in Arts for Business Administration. He is certified by the National Association of broker Price Opinion Professionals (NABPOP) as a property evaluator, and certified by National Association of Realtors.  He is currently enrolled at Florida International University pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate. He works ambitiously with homeowners, buyers, sellers, banks and investors to make sure all their Real Estate needs are met.

 Jose has thorough knowledge in real estate negotiations such as but not limited to evictions, property maintenance, remodeling and rehabs, and property valuations.  He is very honest and dedicated to maintain a high level of integrity with his clients and takes pride in helping all their clients meet their goals.

Janet Prieto, Elite REO Service's Associate Broker has been servicing the South Florida region for over 11 years. Janet's strong point is investment residential properties; primary through foreclosures and court related property sales. Making her a great asset when it comes to property acquisition and rehab. However; being a mom and wife, she knows what a family is looking for in regards to their home. She is vastly experienced in the residential real estate market; including single family residences as well as condominiums. She is dedicated, loyal and committed to her clients, making sure they are always tended to and expectations highly met. Janet also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the American Military University and is a Certified Travel Consultant Specialist - CLIA certified agent.
