Michael Combs, Elite REO Services’ REO Specialist for the San Fernando Valley Division, has been serving the San Fernando Valley area for the past 15 years. Michael received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Arizona State University, and is a dedicated, ambitious, and detail-oriented professional.

Michael primarily focuses on residential real estate including land, single-family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units. He is an expert in short sale negotiations, successfully obtaining the highest possible price while limiting the number of days on the market and maximizing recovery for the clients.

Since January 2008, Michael’s team has sold over 150 bank-owned properties in southern California totaling over $50,000,000 for clients such as AtlasREO, Chase, Citi, Power REO (formerly AHMSI), GMAC, HSBC, Keystone, Premiere Asset Services, and Wilshire. Michael handled all aspects of the REO assignments including eviction, overview, security, occupancy checks, court representation, managing vendors, maintenance, monitoring cooperating brokers, and marketing the property through closing.

Michael is NABPOP & NVSI certified and has performed over five thousand Brokers Price Opinions determining accurate market. He has had extensive experience on all REO portals including Equator (formerly REOtrans), PAS, Power REO(formerly AHMSI), Resnet, Clear Capital, eMortgage Logic, Goodman Dean, SNSC, Keystone, Wilshire, and Lighthouse.
