Michael Midland, Elite REO Services’ Associate Broker for the Los Angeles Division, has been a Real Estate professional since 2003. Michael specializes in residential real estate throughout the Greater South Bay Area with a focus on REO properties and Short Sale transactions. Michael is very process and detail oriented and has a very strong work ethic making him a valuable asset for the Elite team.

Michael was previously the Associate Broker and Manager of the REO/Short Sale department at Realty World. He was responsible for training agents to successfully manage a REO from start to finish and negotiate with lenders on Short Sales. Michael also developed and managed the department’s budget, tracked all business expenses, and implemented various marketing programs to expand sales and lead generation.

Michael has a proven track record of completing timely and accurate property valuations and comprehensive broker price opinions for REO and other distressed properties. He is an Equator Certified Platinum REO and Short Sale Agent with the belief that “effective and regular communication between principle, brokerage, and asset team is essential in providing a successful and seamless transaction”.
