Michael, a FHA approved Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser, specializes in the valuations of real property and has completed thousands of appraisals and BPOs throughout his career.  His unparalleled experience includes REO appraisals, estate appraisals, and desk reviews.  Michael has also received the Certified Property Valuator designation through the National Association of Broker Price Opinion Professionals.  Michael’s appraisal background and knowledge of home quality, property value, and marketability has been an invaluable asset to his career as a Real Estate Broker.

In addition, Michael has extensive experience in the marketing and selling of bank owned properties for major national lenders such as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.  He has successfully handled all aspects of REO assignments including negotiating cash for keys, managing vendors, and coordinating property repairs.  Michael’s “can-do” attitude allowed him to establish and maintain strong relationships with various clients and asset managers.
