Mona Thongvanh, Elite REO Services’ BPO Specialist for the San Francisco Bay Area Division, has been in the Real Estate industry since 2008. As a long-time resident of the Bay Area, Mona specializes in residential real estate, including single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units.

Mona, a Certified BPO Agent, currently performs a high volume of BPOs for industry leaders such as eMortgage Logic, MainStreet Valuations and ProTeck. She is a detail-oriented and results-driven professional, whose goals are always to exceed the client’s expectations.

Mona understands that the creation of a long-term relationship is far more valuable than any single transaction. Her strong work ethic, coupled with her enthusiastic personality and considerable skill set, is what allows her to maintain her success within the Real Estate marketplace.

A native of Laos, she is fluent in Lao and holds a degree in Math & Science from Contra Costa Community College.
