Chris DeChristopher, Elite REO Services’ REO Specialist for the Moreno Valley/Menifee Division, has been specializing in marketing of real estate properties since 1990.  As a dedicated professional he has consistently been a multi-million dollar top producer and achieved much recognition throughout his career. Over the years he has worked with individual homeowners as well as banks, local and national builders, Asset Management and Relocation companies.

Prior to Real Estate, Chris has worked over 12 years in construction. This experience has enhanced his knowledge of what a distressed REO property would need in order to be sold in a timely fashion. While Chris is extremely knowledgeable in the use of the high tech modern strategies of real estate, he also remembers “good old fashioned customer service.”
