Dinah is a Licensed Broker with her primary focus on residential real estate, including land, single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units. Dinah is a dedicated, ambitious, detail-oriented real estate professional.

Dinah started her real estate career as an Agent and Loan Officer and was promoted to a managerial position after only 7 months. Dinah was promoted to an Account Executive, where she developed a training program, including appraisal and market analysis, for Brokers and Loan Officers.

Dinah received her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Arts degrees in Communication from California State University, Fullerton.

Heather Penko, Elite REO Services' BPO Specialist for the Orange County area, has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2006 and comes from a native California family with three generations of real estate, sales, mortgage loans, and property management.

As an Assistant Asset Manager, Claudia managed a portfolio of 200 bank owned properties. Her strengths include relationship building, marketing strategies, negotiation and selling skills. She is experienced in the REO industry and has worked very closely with Asset Managers to liquidate properties at the highest value in a timely manner.

She then moved to California where she started working as an administrative assistant in an Orange County real estate company. Her role included being a transaction coordinator, REO offers coordinator, BPO specialist and office administrator. She is known for her ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

For the past 2 years, Criselda has been focusing on being a BPO Specialist.
