Yuly Rodriquez, Elite REO Services’ Realtor Associate for the Orlando Florida Division, has been in the real estate industry for over 6 years. Hardworking and knowledgeable in the Orlando market, Yuly has earned the trust of the numerous buyers and sellers she has had the privilege to work with. During this time she specialized in investment and income producing properties.

Since 2008, she has been actively involved in REO and short sales. Whether listing or selling, Yuly understands the challenges that each buyer/seller faces and strives to give her customers personalized attention.

In the effort to continue to meet the needs of her clients in today's ever changing Real Estate market, Vanessia has taken extensive courses to increase her knowledge and expertise in various phases of the Real Estate Industry obtaining Designations and Specialist Certifications in many areas.  These include Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Certified Short-Sale Professional (CSP), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS),  Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) and REO Specialist (REOS).

Vanessia holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems and is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Orlando Regional Realtor Association.
