Mark Asercion, Elite REO Services’ Associate Broker San Francisco Bay Division, has been a real estate professional for 16 years. As a Bay Area native, Mark is an expert in the Castro Valley and surrounding market areas. He has experience in commercial real estate and residential real estate including land, single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units. Mark is an ambitious, enthusiastic, and detail oriented professional always committed to excellence.

Mark started his real estate career as an Appraisal Research Assistant for a wholesale lender in the Appraisal Review department and obtained his appraiser’s license shortly after. He then went on to become a Home Loan Consultant for a major financial institution, where he guided borrowers through the loan process and established new builder relationships. By utilizing his appraisal and finance background, Mark joined the Alameda County Assessor’s Office as a Property Tax Appraiser. Mark’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to start his own appraisal company, Appraisal Management Services. He completes reports on single family residences and 2-4 units for various clients including financial institutions, mortgage brokers, and realtors.

Mark has unparalleled experience and a proven track record in property valuations, completing thousands of appraisals and BPOs throughout his career. He prides himself on providing accurate and reliable BPOs to many national vendors including eMortgage Logic.

Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University, East Bay, formerly known as California State University, Hayward.

Sunny Balsells, Elite REO Services’ Realtor Associate for the San Francisco Bay Division, has been a licensed real estate agent for over 6 years. She is experienced in residential real estate including single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units. Sunny’s dedication and results driven mindset make her a great asset to the Elite team.

Sunny‘s expertise has been in property management and new home sales, working closely with Builders and clients to ensure success. Sunny has closed over 400 residential transactions since 2005, which won her a MAME Volume Closing award in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2006. She has especially enjoyed working with first time home buyers guiding and educating them through process of homeownership.

Sunny, a Certified Property Valuator through NABPOP, currently completes a high volume of BPOs for national clients including eMortgage Logic, Main Street Valuations, and ProTeck. She prides herself on providing accurate and reliable valuations on which her clients can depend on.
