Sean is an ambitious, dedicated professional and results-driven REO agent with a proven track record in property valuation, market-placement, and sales negotiations. Sean has provided invaluable representation to his clients resulting in the successful disposition of over 630 REO properties since 2001. In fiscal years 2009 and 2010 Sean has successfully closed escrow on over 150 properties with a total value in excess of $35,000,000.

Sean is experienced in the marketing of all bank-owned properties, and has a demonstrated capacity for negotiating multi-million dollar property sales on behalf of his clients and achieving transaction prices very close to the estimated value. Sean is also conversant in the resolution processes required for bank assets that have been encumbered by city-citations such as REAP, substandard orders, notices to comply and other citations that can render the client vulnerable to litigation and/or fines if not expeditiously settled. This knowledge and his familiarity with working in close concert with client attorneys and attending court for evictions and/or tenant issues etc, combined with his impeccable attention to detail and implementation of organisational systems and techniques within his team, allow for a more expeditious assignment-to-sold time parameter, thus maximising the asset potential while further reducing any carrying costs for the client.

Additionally; Sean grew up and was educated in the United Kingdom. He also served with the British Diplomatic Service at the British Embassy in Washington D.C. and as a senior non-commissioned officer in the British Army before settling in California.
