Jason is responsible for providing a successful and dynamic real estate platform for the Elite REO Services and the Elite Premier Properties agents in the state of Washington. With his hands on approach he is excited to facilitate the recruiting and coaching efforts as well as manage the day to day sales activities for the state. Over the last 12 years Jason has experienced success in many aspect of real estate. The experiences that he brings to the Elite family include: residential resale, new home construction building and sales, land development and entitlement, short sale negotiations, commercial real estate transactions, commercial asset management, and investment consulting.

Jason is the Corporate Broker of Record for Elite REO Services and Elite Premier Properties for the state of Washington. In addition to being a licensed broker, he has a development and home building company. Jason is looking forward to developing and building in the Pacific Northwest for years to come. Along side his investment partners, he controls the entitlement process, construction, building, and sales management of each new construction project. He is looking forward to expanding his business and the Elite Premier Properties name during the next real estate cycle.

Jason was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and attended Washington State University with an emphasis on real estate and psychology. He is a member of NWMLS, CBA, Costar, NAIOP, and of various local area Chambers of Commerce. Jason’s experience allows him to bring a unique and knowledgeable perspective on real estate not only for his clients, but also to the real estate professionals that work with him in the state of Washington.

Kellie Rust, Elite REO Services’ BPO Specialist for WA Division, has been a real estate professional for over 8 years. She is a local market expert, serving the Pacific Northwest, specializing in residential real estate including single family residences, condominiums and REO properties.

She has excellent organization & negotiating skills and the way she listens and communicates  makes her an asset to all her clients.  Kellie's experience, positive attitude and strong work ethic allow her to continue to be successful.

She graduated from Western Washington University and is a member of NWMLS, Seattle King County Association of Realtors (SKCAR), Washington Association of Realtors (WAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
