Stephen Boschetti , Elite REO Services’ Realtor Associate for the Coachella Valley area, has been a licensed agent for 3 years. Stephen is experienced in residential real estate, including land, single family residences, condominiums, and multi-family units.

Stephen comes from a generation of family owned real estate businesses. The youngest of 3 brothers, he was exposed to the world of Real Estate at an early age. Following family tradition, Stephen started his real estate career at the age of 18, working for his father’s mortgage company where he became an experienced loan processor and well versed in the qualifying and underwriting process for loan servicing. Stephen is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allowed him to work as a translator for the company’s Spanish speaking clientele. As he expanded his area of knowledge into real estate sales, his extensive background in finance better enabled him to assist his buyers through the loan qualifying process.

In 2004, Stephen’s love for the game of golf as well as the year round sunshine brought him to the desert. He continues to call the Coachella Valley his home and has most recently immersed himself in the area of BPO valuations and the REO market. Stephen enjoys the challenge of adapting and learning new tools that will allow him to successfully acclimate to an always changing real estate industry. His diversity in all aspects of Real Estate, as well as his enthusiasm for the business, has acted an asset to both his colleagues and clientele.
