Steve Maynard brings to Elite REO Services over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Steve began his career with Marcus and Millichap serving both private, and, institutional clients including GE Capital, Freddie Mac, Glendale Savings, Home Savings, and First Federal Bank to name a few. As a byproduct Steve has successfully closed over $500 million in transactions from coast to coast.

In 1997 Steve started his own firm (The Maynard Group) continuing to represent his clients and expanding into a more diverse part of Real Estate including leasing, development and the rehab of underperforming assets both for himself and on behalf of his clientele.

Steve not only wears the hat of Broker he also brings a wealth of experience as an Owner. He currently owns Retail, Industrial and Multi-Family properties in markets ranging from South Central Los Angeles to Chattanooga TN.

Steve is known in the industry not only as a successful “broker” but as a “deal maker” and “problem solver”. Steve has proven his versatility in helping clients stabilize troubled assets, repositioning properties and equity has consistently shown the ability to overcome a wide variety of regional and local issues for the benefit of our clients.
