Steven’s excellent communication skills and established network of savvy business professionals has earned him a high degree of recognition within the San Diego Real Estate community. Steven currently manages over 200 BPO assignments monthly and has earned the designation of a Certified Property Valuator through NABPOP while successfully managing his own REO inventory throughout San Diego County. In 2009, Steven completed over 2,400 BPOs and has earned high rankings with many lending and banking institutions throughout the country. He is also listed in the top 1% of accurate property valuations in which many lenders refer to his reports in properly pricing their assets. Steven is also Certified Platinum through REO Trans and is also registered on Res.Net.

In his off time, Steven can be found teeing up the fairways with his friends and colleagues or enjoying a home game of his favorite baseball team with his family.
