Vicky L. Hayes, Elite REO Services’ Specialist for the San Fernando Valley Division, has been marketing real estate owned properties for over 25 years. Vicky, with both real estate sales and asset management experience, is uniquely positioned to benefit her clients in the REO Industry. Vicky is a committed and dedicated professional with a proven track record in property valuation, marketing and sales negotiations. Her experience and invaluable drive as an agent and as an asset manager resulted in the successful disposition of over 7,500 REO properties.

Vicky is a strong supporter of continuous education in the industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from CSUN. Vicky has completed REO Default School and has earned the certification as a RDC Pro. She has also completed courses in Advanced Evaluations and REO Best Practices, as well as AMHSI’s courses with Prospect Mortgage.

Vicky was elected REOMAC President for 2 consecutive years, sat on the Board of Directors for 9 years, and gained recognition by expanding membership for the organization as National Membership Chairman.
