Vince Murdock, Elite REO Services’ REO Specialist & Short Sale Negotiator for the Los Angeles Division, has been a real estate professional for over 12 years. Vince began his career in Real Estate working for ERA in Torrance, California. His next opportunity came when he went to work at First Manhattan Realtors & Mortgage in Manhattan Beach. He originated loans and sold Real Estate in the Southbay area as well as Orange County for 7 years.

Vince is a licensed California Real Estate Agent, a member of CAR, NAR, and TIGAR. He also holds designations for ABR as well as Premier Service. Vince is Default School and RES-NET certified.

Vince has been performing BPO’s for regional and national accounts since the 1990’s. Presently he specializes in REO’S, Short Sales and Auctions. Vince is an expert in property preservation and loss mitigation. He has helped many homeowners keep their homes, and always aims to minimize losses for his investors and clients.

Vince and his wife of 16 years, Paula, have two children, Christopher and Caroline. As a family they enjoy supporting each other in their various interests including; Karate, gymnastics, running and traveling. He considers his kids accomplishments in academics and sports to be his greatest source of pride.
