William Cabrera Elite REO Services' Realtor associate for the Miami-Dade Division, began working with real estate around the age of 20.  Since then, he has invested in a number of vacant lots, condominiums and single family homes, as well as various rehab properties.  William has specialized in purchasing foreclosed homes at court auctions for himself as well as for investors. He also have a strong background in Marketing and Advertising.  This is particularly beneficial to him because it helps William prepare specific media campaigns in order to ensure a quick sale for each investment property.  William knows the importance of developing long-term relationships through the use of relationship marketing in order to ensure client retention.  William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has full intentions of pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business this upcoming year.
